What is Atome?
Atome is a “Buy First, Pay Later” APP, enabling you to split your bill into 3 instalments within 2 months. The APP can be installed and used for free: Atome charges zero interest and no service charge. After downloading and setting up your account, when shopping at online shops, please scan Atome QR code or choose Atome as the payment method on online stores. You will pay instantly only 1/3 of the total amount of your bill; the second payment will be settled after 30 days; the third payment will be settled next month.
What kinds of customers can use Atome?
If you can fulfill the following conditions, then you can use Atome as a payment method:
- 18 years old or above
- Living in Hong Kong
- Mobile phone number registered with your Hong Kong Identity Card in any telecom company
- Purchase with a Hong Kong credit card or ATM card
How to pay via Atome?
After downloading and setting up your account, when shopping at online shops, please scan Atome QR code or choose Atome as the payment method on online stores.

My customer requests for a refund, what should I do?
The same as every situation of customers asking for a refund, you may apply your own refund policy. Once you have decided on whether to refund or not, or what percentage your customers may get refunded, you can select the transaction that went wrong on the Atome platform, then choose to refund.
