Many of our merchants have given feedback that they would like to export details of their members to better understand the needs of their customers. In light of this, we will be guiding you through the process of exporting the details of your members.

* Please note: This function is only available to Business and Business PLUS merchants.

1. First, login to User CMS: https://www.boutir.com/user_cms

Press “Export Member”.

2. Next, you will receive an email. The document attached is the CSV file including various information like your members’ names, emails, phone no., date of registration, total spending (MYR), total orders, subscription status for promotional materials, previous orders etc.
