How to Manage Members’ Zone?

Members can check their order history now, allowing them to keep track of the types of products they have purchased before. The status of the orders can be checked by themselves too. Meanwhile, they can edit their personal information and this can ease the workload of merchants!

1. Members can view their membership level, browse their order history and manage their accounts by clicking their icons.

2. They can check if the products are delivered in their order history. In addition, they can keep track of the products by entering their order numbers and at the same time, leave / edit their comments.

3. Members can upload the payment receipt in order history if they use bank transfer or PayMe for payment method.

4. Members can edit their names, email, sex, birthday in “Manage account”. (Merchants can view members’ birthday and provide birthday discount by exporting membership information)
